What’s even funnier to me is that people think it’s such a beautiful sight to see when the northern lights shine so gorgeously bright green, aka “Aurora Borealis”
They truly don’t understand that the lights represent that Sun’s solar flares have reached our planet, trying to penetrate our atmosphere and ultimately trying to kill us.
Thank goodness for our allegedly powerful magnetic core or we’d be bacon right now.
